Grouper (Epinephelus coioides) is wild caught in the Indonesian waters of Bali, East Nusa Tenggara (WPPNRI-573), and Teluk Saleh (WPPNRI-713) using traditional handline fishing. Teluk Saleh is part of a Fishery Improvement Project (FIP), supporting responsible fishery management. Only mature fish with a minimum harvest weight of 1.8 kg and minimum length of 49 cm are selected to support responsible harvesting while ensuring premium quality, freshness, and full traceability. Firm white flesh with a mild, delicate flavor.
