Goldband Snapper

GoldBand snapper, also known as tropical snapper, is a type of deep-water fish that inhabits both tropical and sub-tropical waters, such as the Bal i and NTB Seas from Indonesia. Though it has a slightly firmer texture than red snapper, the flash remains flaky, moist, and flavourful. Gold band snapper tastes good with a delicate base of soy sauce, teriyaki or even simply roasted with classic seasonings.
