Delivery

Free Delivery would be applied if you purchased 250K for Denpasar, Sanur, Seminyak, Kerobokan, 300K for Canggu and 500K for Ubud or Gianyar. Below the amount it will cost for transport fee.

How to Purchase on our Online Store

  • Click on our product on the website
  • Click on the item and select the product, add to cart, click a view chart if you want to get more the same items and click " continue shopping " if you would like to purchase the others products or go to chart to complete the order.
  • Once you have chosen all your items, click on your shopping cart (top right corner) or ‘go to cart’ upon selecting your final item and click check out and continue to process the payment.   • Login (using email or phone number)

Cancelation Policy

You may cancel fish orders if such cancellation is received by Bali Sustainable Seafood at least 1 hour before delivery. Cancellations of Fresh Fish or Seafood will not be applied after we process the order.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, you have 7 days for frozen seafood and 1 day for Fresh seafood upon you received your order to notify us of a refund or reship.
